OLD SCHOOL DELICIOUS PECAN PIE!!

Pecan pie is a pie of pecan nuts mixed with a filling of eggs, butter, and sugar (typically corn syrup). Variations may include white or brown sugar, sugar syrup, molasses, maple syrup, or honey. It is popularly served at holiday meals and is also considered a specialty of Southern U.S. cuisine. Most pecan pie recipes include salt and vanilla as flavorings. DIY: How To Clear Your Sinuses in Seconds Using Nothing but Your Fingers

The sinuses are a connected system of hollow cavities in the skull. The largest sinus cavities are about an inch across. Others are much smaller.

Your cheekbones hold your maxillary sinuses (the largest).

The low-center of your forehead is where your frontal sinuses are located.

Between your eyes are your ethmoid sinuses.

In bones behind your nose are your sphenoid sinuses.

They’re lined with soft, pink tissue called mucosa. Normally, the sinuses are empty except for a thin layer of mucus.

The inside of the nose has ridges called turbinates. Normally these structures help humidify and filter air. A thin wall, called the septum, divides the nose. Most of the sinuses drain into the nose through a small channel or drainage pathway that doctors call the “middle meatus.”

Why do we have sinuses? Experts don’t know. One theory is that they help humidify the air we breathe in. Another is that they enhance our voices.

Sinus Conditions

Acute sinusitis (sinus infection): Viruses, bacteria, or fungi infect the sinus cavity, causing inflammation. More mucus; nasal congestion; discomfort in the cheeks, forehead, or around the eyes; and headaches are common symptoms.

Chronic sinusitis (or chronic rhinosinusitis): More than just a series of infections, chronic sinusitis is a persistent process of inflammation of the sinuses.

Deviated septum: If the septum that divides the nose is too far too one side, airflow can be blocked.

Hay fever (allergic rhinitis): Allergens like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander cause the defenses in the nose and sinuses to overreact. Mucus, nasal stuffiness, sneezing, and itching result.

Nasal polyp’s aresmall growths in the nasal cavity. They can happen due to inflammation from asthma, chronic sinus infections, and nasal allergies (such as hay fever).

Turbinate hypertrophy: The ridges on the nasal septum are enlarged, which can block airflow.

Having a stuffy nose can be highly unpleasant, and is most often a result of colds, allergies, and even weather changes.

However, before you turn to medications, you should know that you can relieve the stuffy nose, ears, or a stuffy head by pressing one pressure point.

Never Lie To A Smart Woman

Believe me when I say this that women are highly sharp minded and they also have a strong intuition that us men cannot understand. Therefore, my advice for you guys out there in the world who want to lie to their women, the advice is, don’t do it brother, just don’t they’ll know about it. Do not ever lie to a women. They always find a way to find out the truth, so why even try right?

The following stories that I got from the help of internet shows that how some men tried to lie, but got caught, so stay tuned and learn from their mistakes.

One day, the husband called his wife, and asked

“Honey I’ve been asked to go fishing in China with my boss for a week. This is a good opportunity for me to get the promotion. So could you please pack enough clothes for a week, set out my rod & fishing box? We’re leaving from office & I’ll swing by the house to pick my things. Oh, and please pack my new blue silk pyjamas!”

His wife obviously immediately noticed that something was not right about with the lousy excuse her husband managed to invent for the next week, but she decided to be a good wife and do what she was asked to. She decided to go with the flow I guess.

After a week, her husband returned home, and looked tired, but explained to her that he was happy that he has done a good job by attending the fishing party.

The woman wanted to know all in details, and asked about the boss, the weekend, the other colleagues, if they had caught fish, and so on. Her husband answered: “Yes, Lots of Salmon, Blue gill & a few Swordfish. But why didn’t you pack my blue silk pyjamas?”

The woman replied: “I did…..They’re in your fishing box”.

And there brothers, that dude got caught.

Well the true thing is if you have to lie to your partner for something or anything, that things maybe is not something you want your loved ones to know about, and if that is true then your relationship does not mean anything. Being in a relationship means opening up to your partner 100%, and that’s how relationships should be, no lie, no secrets, you should be an open book for each other, read each other love each other, tell each other everything, I have never been in a relationship my entire life, but this is all I would do if I had someone I love. You should love them with all you got, and that requires you to be true about everything that’s going on in your life.

These kind of relationships last long and they are full of love and affection.

10+ Signs Your Blood Sugar Is Very High

The sugar levels in the blood indicate the amount of glucose in the blood, which is the leading energy source for most body cells.

High blood sugar or hyperglycemia can be caused by two factors, and can thus be of two types: type 1 diabetes, which is a result of the lack of glucose, and type 2 diabetes, which is caused by the inability of the body to properly use glucose.

If diabetes is left untreated, it severely damages overall health, as it affects the nerves, kidneys, blood vessels, and eyes.

High blood sugar (hyperglycemia) is most often seen in people who have diabetes that isn’t well controlled. The symptoms of high blood sugar can be mild, moderate, or severe.

Mild high blood sugar

If your blood sugar levels are consistently higher than your target range (usually 200 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) to 350 mg/dL in adults and 200 mg/dL to 240 mg/dL in children), you may have mild symptoms of high blood sugar. You may urinate more than usual if you are drinking plenty of liquids. Some people who have diabetes may not notice any symptoms when their blood sugar level is in this range. The main symptoms of high blood sugar are:

  1. Increased thirst.
  2. Increased urination.
  3. Weight loss.
  4. Fatigue.
  5. Increased appetite.

Young children are unable to recognize symptoms of high blood sugar. Parents need to do a home blood sugar test on their child whenever they suspect high blood sugar.

These are the most common ways in which the body signals that your blood sugar levels are elevated:

  1. Dry mouth
  2. Excessive thirst
  3. Constant hunger
  4. Stomach problems
  5. Fatigue
  6. Nerve issues
  7. Impotence
  8. Itchy and dry skin
  9. Excessive weight gain
  10. Blurry vision
  11. Inability to focus
  12. Recurrent infections
  13. Slow healing of wounds and cuts
  14. Frequent urination or nighttime urination

Moreover, these are the main causes of sugar spikes in diabetics:

  1. Stress
  2. Overeating, i.e. snacking between meals
  3. Physical inactivity
  4. Dehydration
  5. Common colds
  6. The use of certain medications, like steroids
  7. Over-treating an episode of low blood sugar
  8. Missing a dose or taking a wrong dose of diabetes medications

In order to lower the sugar levels in the blood, you need to make some lifestyle and especially dietary changes, as our diet plays a vital role in the control of blood sugar levels.

Therefore, when it comes to foods, you need to be careful of their GI or the glycemic index. It ranks carbs in foods by the way they affect the levels of glucose in the blood.

Low GI foods are processed slowly and thus reduce the insulin levels and lead to weight loss. Their GI index varies from zero to fifty-four, and the ones above 50, up to 100, are considered moderate and high GI foods.

We Should All Know These 7 Things About Our Blood Type!

A blood type (also called a blood group) is a classification of blood based on the presence and absence of antibodies and also based on the presence or absence of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). These antigens may be proteins, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, or glycolipids, depending on the blood group system. Some of these antigens are also present on the surface of other types of cells of various tissues. Several of these red blood cell surface antigens can stem from one allele (or an alternative version of a gene) and collectively form a blood group system. Blood types are inherited and represent contributions from both parents. A total of 35 human blood group systems are now recognized by the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT). The two most important ones are ABO and the RhD antigen; they determine someone’s blood type (A, B, AB and O, with +, − or Null denoting RhD status).

There are generally four main blood types known to mankind:

Type A- stands for Agrarian,

Type B- stands for Bavarian,

Type O- stands for Original hunter, and

Type AB- the most common one of all, often followed by the strongest immune system.

Aside from these, there are more than 400 distinguished blood type subcategories, all depending on the person’s profile, health and lifestyle.

However, since the main four types are the focal point for any person’s wellbeing, take a look at the foods that suit each type:

Blood type A: mostly vegetarian, including fish, chicken, and yogurt. Steer clear of legumes, spicy foods, dehydration, and coffee.

Blood type B: based on dairy, mutton, fish, vegetables, tea and grains. Stay away from alcohol, preservatives, and excessive noise.

Blood type O: consist of meat, fish, vegetables, and fasting. Steer clear of dairy products, processed foods, and over-eating.

Blood type AB: as a contemporary type, the AB can eat almost anything. The most preferable foods ate organic, fresh raw foods, and avoiding of cooked and processed meals.
